The Coffee House - Xuân Thủy — Restaurant in Ho Chi Minh City

This one-star review is for the owner of the chain/brand. Youve existrd in the market for a decent amount of time, though you sleep on your victory and it seems like nowadays you dont care about your drinks’ quality compared to the price you ask from customers anymore. Coffee House is a local coffee chain. Though your price seems even higher than the foreign chains like gongcha or koi. A big cup is always half full with ice, and customers cant even choose the ice level that they want. Your drinks are always full of sugar and ice which cant be customised according to customers’ preferences. The pictures are the drink I ordered with less ice, cause I had a mild sorethroat and cannot bare with too much ice. Still, half of the big sized cup was ice. This cup was 59k, half iced, 15% drinks, 5% toppings (which included in the drink and is not even good), 30% sugar. At least if looks and tastes like that.

Last week I came to Gongcha for an L sized drink with pretty much same price 59k. And it was 1,5 larger than this one with better quality, more drinks inside and sugar and ice level can be altered.

And specifically bout this branch shop in Xuan Thuy. The decor of the shop is nice, though service from staffs are always low quality with very weird attitude. I came in and EVERYTIME they dont listen well to my order requirements and always mis-do my drinks. Instead of listening well to customers, it seems like they are pushed by the managers or someone highup to always ask or nudge the customers to buy more or buy something different on the menu. Really annoying!

Please. Youve made it surviving as a big local coffee chain in this harsh market of F&B in saigon. Make it worth the love and support of your customers for you in years. Otherwise you would soon disappear like your “ancestor” - urban station. Dont dream on your victory and be a responsible business, take care of your customers instead of just make them consume just anything that you serve cause you think youre so big and dont need their...

Went here early this week. The Coffee Club in Xuan Thuy can't get orders right. They don't seem to be very well coordinated because they had to offer us the menu twice even after we already ordered (also because it's taking forever for our order to arrived). So after waiting 50 years, they served us the wrong meals and had to wait another lifetime. Had to rush eating because I'm running late to my next meeting. The table beside us was complaining too, since they've been waiting for another order that came after everyone in their table were finished. And it came out wrong as well, so the poor kid had to start eating her spaghetti without the sauce. This is a far cry from my previous Coffee Club experiences abroad. All this inconvenience plus a 20% Tet surcharge on top of our bill. Good job, I'll probably never come...

Staff didn't listen to my order, that is why I have to repeat my order 3 times like this.

I gave my order to the staff, but she asked me again. After she went back to the backroom, she came back to me again for order. I was curious about why she didn't try to listen carefully, otherwise she could have taken some notes.
