New Space Hotel — Hotel in Ho Chi Minh City

I was there, Room okay, good breakfast, close to the airport. I asked the reception to call a taxi to the airport, after 5 minutes the old Mai Linh taxi came to pick me up. When I got in the car I didn't see the odometer. Mai Linh's driver told me 100,000 VND / 1 trip, while book grab was only 60,000 VND. He said to pay the entrance fee. I asked to get off the car and went back to ask the reception, she called another one, while waiting at the security guard, the security guy also said that the car also had to pay the entrance fee, and couldn't call the car. I booked grab myself for 60.000 VND new car. and did not listen to the driver asking for the entrance fee. Location - Hotel is located very close to the airport. Taxi needs to take a U- turn which will feels like a kilometer or longer journey. If you are coming without much luggage you could walk from airport. Grab taxi will cost you around 35K.|Room - I stayed here only one night with my family. We had everything that we needed. There are many local eateries near to the hotel.|Staffs - Staffs were very helpful, also I got reply to my email queries within an hour or two.|Breakfast - I expected a very simple breakfast but I was actually wrong. Breakfast was good with so many options and quality of the food was also very good.|What hotel lacks - it would have been better if they provided a airport shuttle because of its close proximity to the airport. Stayed here twice within a month and the staff is very friendly and helpful. Great buffet breakfast with a lot of options. The hotel is conveniently located to Tân Sơn Nhất International Airport (Less than 10 minutes by car) and District 1 (about 20 minutes by car). No issues getting a Taxi or Grab to the airport. Rooms are clean and pretty spacious. WiFi worked well in every part of the hotel. The room on our first stay had a small window in the bathroom and a very very firm bed. The room on the second stay did not have a window so the air in the room would be stagnant and have a musty smell when you returned.
