Ambience: Sweet and Salt Factory offers a cozy, clean, and quiet dining experience. Despite its location at the end of a dark, small alley, the moment you step closer, you’ll see it’s completely legit and worth the venture. The peaceful atmosphere combined with excellent service sets the tone for a relaxed and enjoyable meal.
Services: The service here is outstanding, especially given the reasonable pricing. Staff members are attentive and welcoming — they even open the door for you as you approach. Their politeness and friendly demeanor truly elevate the overall dining experience.
Taste: I tried the 250g Ribeye Steak for just S$18, and I was pleasantly surprised to find it came with grilled potatoes and a fresh salad. Pricing: The prices are very competitive, close to local standards. Over the two hours I spent dining, I noticed a steady stream of takeaway and delivery orders, which speaks volumes about the value and taste this place offers. It’s clear that locals trust and appreciate this gem.
Overall: A highly recommended spot for steak lovers! If I could give 6 stars, I absolutely would. Sweet and Salt Factory has nailed the balance of quality, price, and service. Keep up the...
Read moreOverall it was a good reminder that as is the norm in Vietnam, 90% of these reviews and pictures are fake. When you walk in, you'll see the chart of the beef cuts on the wall. You'll notice it is wildly inaccurate, and this is not your usual translation problem. "Silverskin" is not a cut, lol. Then when you order, you'll be told they are completely out of everything except ribeye and blade cut. Then, when you order a glass of wine, and a side dish of mashed potatoes, you'll get no more than 50ml in your glass of very old very warm red wine and potatoes made from a bag of instant potatoes. Finally, when the steak comes, you'll get something pre sliced, overcooked, and with zero seasoning. The prices, for Vietnam, were not particularly...
