The best customer service I’ve ever received in my life!!!! I had the absolute pleasure of ordering a birthday cake from Vérité Patisserie, and the entire experience was unforgettable - all thanks to Nhi, who went above and beyond in every possible way.

First, the patisserie itself is absolutely stunning, with an stunning selection of cakes that are as beautiful as they are delicious. I chose the raspberry and lychee cake, and the team was so helpful in guiding me through the options and customisations. My birthday plans were uncertain at the time, but Nhi was incredibly patient and proactive, staying in contact via text and even downloading WhatsApp just to communicate with me more easily - something I’ve never experienced from any business, anywhere.

Nhi kept me updated every step of the way: when the cake was being prepared, when the driver was on their way, and even followed up to make sure it had arrived safely and everything was perfect. To top it all off, Nhi waived the delivery fee as a birthday gift, which was such a kind and unexpected gesture 🫶

And the packaging... wow. It was elegant and so thoughtfully put together. Everything was included: cutlery, candles, even a cake knife - all arranged so beautifully that I didn’t need to think about a thing.
