Tacos Fuego — Restaurant in Ho Chi Minh City

Came here last week, waited like 30 minutes to get the appetizer (beef nachos) in an empty restaurant, I make them at home in less than 15 minutes at homr from scratch... we had to remind the staff that we ordered drinks because the girl didn't even bring us water to drink and we waited about 15 minutes for that to happen before we asked for our drinks again... Beef Nachos came out and they were bland... Nothing special, cheese wasn't even properly melted for ir it to have taken 30 minutes to make and flavourless unless you pour almost literally all the sauce they have on the side, looks nothing like the picture advertised on menu, the tacos we got were small but enough to share I suppose if you're ordering something to eat on the side, taste was maybe a 6 out of 10. Due to lack of service and taking too long to serve the food we won't be going...

Tacos Fuego in Thao Dien? ! I was literally telling a client about this place and how it reminds me of Home aka SoCal aka HB aka Newps. How I wished they had a location in TD so I could take my casual guests and recommend to my tenants.

Had to go with the Chile Verde enchiladas, chicken... since I have not tried them. Hearty portion, drenched in sauce. It was flavorful and enough for us to share.

We didn't veer much further off our faves: taquitos, tater tots, and the pan fried pork taco. The menu mirrors the location in D1 and the ambience is chill.

Once y'all can start visiting Vietnam again. This is a MUST VISIT taco shop if you want good service, quality food, and large portions.

Tacos arrived packed in a not convenient way. Even more inconvenient was the fact that tortillas and staffing was packed separately so I had to make literally my own taco before eating one. Grilled chicken taco was tasteless - first not grilled, second no spices, cut in cubes which made everything fall off. I believe you can recognize a good restaurant by the quality of its side dishes. The side salad was a joke and the guacamole had no taste. I didn't feel either a lime nor a tiny bit of garlic for the taste. Sauces were too liquid to use it. One of them exploded in the packaging which suggested that it was put hot in it (?) The only good dish I had was marinated steak taco. Overall there are better places...
