The Muse - Cocktail & Tapas Bar — Restaurant in Ho Chi Minh City

I had stayed at the Mia Saigon before but hadn’t had the chance to go up to Gin on 8. I just want to say that we felt so appreciated as guests there. The manager, Xuan/Swan was incredible and not only guided us through what the best drink for us to have after dinner but she also allowed us to customize our drinks. I ordered a Martini and asked if they could make it “dirty” and she immediately suggested ideas and made it happen.

I then tried the Tom Collins after my wife ordered one and that’s were we stayed the rest on the night. We did get to choose that gin we wanted in our drinks and they were catered to us by the scents and flavors of the gins we chose.

The view from the rooftop looking into D2 are spectacular and also the views into the nothingness nature that looks into D9 of rivers and nature.

Yesterday after a heavy rain and a long waited taxi we arrived at the place at 20:30. Surprisingly there was no one but a group of families and their kids. Of course it was noisy since children were running around and screaming, then the parents were talking louder than the kids. As it was late and we were hungry so we chose to seat in the corner of the bar facing the entrance but the lady manager refused and guided us somewhere else as the children were playing nearby that corner. The staff named by Vy and captain Nghia were consistently attentive, professional, and friendly, making me feel welcomed from the moment I arrived.
