닭강정 이터리 DAKGANGJEONG Eatery (Nhà hàng Gà rán Hàn Quốc) Korean Chicken Nugget — Restaurant in Ho Chi Minh City

Pretty small place. One large table (seats 7 or 8) indoors and outdoors was a group of 4 V-style sidewalk seating. There might be more sidewalk seating available, but not sure.

Overall, I thought it was pretty good. I still think Kokoria, Chicken Talk, and a couple of others may have slightly better K-style chicken. Chivago is maybe a little better. Toss up with Oh Chicken? This was still good. I felt the portion size was a little small (what I ordered).

As for the K-style fried shrimp... probably as good as I would expect in Korea; the same taste. Larger size shrimp.

I had the 닭강정 새우/deep-fried boneless chicken in sweetchili sauce & deep-fried shrimp (M) - there's only M and Family sizes. Choice of a couple sauces.

One of the best korean-style fried chicken restaurants in Saigon. Had to be in my top 3 favorite. There are 3 things I really like about this place and they keep making me come back. First, every dish has a few tteokbokkies that go along. This is super convenient because we usually don’t want to order an extra tteokbokki dish (which usually costs quite a bit, and it comes with the chilli sauce, unlike at this place, I get to enjoy the tteokbokki with the same sauce as the main dishes). Second, they have delicious shrimps that you wouldn’t find any other korean restaurants. I think this is their signature. And lastly, their super friendly service. Needless to say, this review would be made regardless of any ongoing promotions!...

Been there first time and tried each of those 3 shrimp side dishes and got lucky to meet the owner. Had a nice chat while my food was prepared and he got me for me to taste shrimps from main dish - wow, those were one of the best shrimps I ever had. Definitely getting those next time.

Staff we’re professional and friendly, could pay with card and I liked the interior design as well as packaging.

Btw, those garlic mayo and wasabi mayo dips we’re so great, that I did not use classic chilli after...
