The Alley - Lê Văn Sỹ — Restaurant in Ho Chi Minh City

Visited here twice. Interacted with 2 different servers. One was very positive, very friendly, knowledgeable and had the patience to answer all my questions. The other was not so welcomed and seemed upset with whatever they are doing. Picture attached is when I asked for no ice, which was totally different from the first time. The store is definitely understaffed, but 50k to 70k for a drink would deserve at least good...

Place is understaffed, drinks were plain (I could literally get a brown sugar milk tea at any small businesses off of the street and it’d probably taste better than then ones I got from here). Huge menu but the drinks that I wanted (Trà Sữa Hạnh Phúc and the Trà Sữa Khoai Môn Đậu Đỏ) aren’t available. Giving a 2 stars review because I feel bad for the one guy that works there having to handle...

Staff can speak English! Indeed that's additional points especially when you're in Vietnam. Environment is cosy and comfort, but again I didn't stay long as I just swing by for take out. Drink is ok, since it's franchise chain store, the quality is maintained. In summary, if you had enough coffee and want to opt for tea, here is not...
