Best meal we’ve had in Vietnam! After being disappointed by overpriced “fine dining” at other luxury resorts—where the food and atmosphere fell far below expectations, we decided to try Le Parfum at Azerai Hue. Knowing the hotel is owned by Adrian Zecha, the founder of Aman Resorts, we anticipated something special, and it delivered beyond our expectations.

The food was not only of exceptional quality but also reasonably priced for a luxury experience. The lamb rack was perfectly cooked and packed with flavor, the duck breast was tender and delicious, and the dessert trilogy crème brûlée was a unique treat with durian, hibiscus, and coffee flavors, all executed to perfection. Even the Vietnamese dishes were elevated, showcasing the chef’s skill and attention to detail.
