1 star is too much for this place. The only thing good here is the view from above. We specifically went and picked our own live seafood to ensure we get fresh seafood but never saw them actually pick them out of the water tanks like many other live seafood restaurants do for us. The service is terrible. The lady promoting bia Sài Gòn was upset because we don't want that beer so asked for another kind and she just walked away and never got our beer orders. We had to get another worker to get it for us. The food arrived and it was completely bad. We ate some and can tell that it was not fresh, the seasoning and flavor was terrible. I didn’t see the review so we ended up here by accident. We ordered swordfish on skewers and prawns with butter and garlic. They also came on skewers and I thought they were cooked perfectly. I ordered tiger beer and they gave me a Saigon beer by error. No problem changing to the other beer. Their English is weak, but we got ourselves understood and all went very well. I will have to wait until tonight to see if anyone gets sick, in the meantime, I think they deserve a five star. Unless I update, I think that’s a great restaurant. Nice view and airy but the food was salty and overpriced. I would not recommend eating here unless you want to pay 10 times more for your food. The crab was dry and not fresh. I am certain they were not fresh and were frozen. The seafood was undercook. The dipping sauce were pretty bland. The beef stir fry noodle, they used instead noodle. The meat was hard, the vegetables was chewy. 4 persons we ordered (2 crabs, 4 grilled scallops, 1 stir fry beef noodle, 1 stir fry water spinach, 1 snail salad, 4 sea urchins, 3 bottles water and 2 cokes) and paid 1,825,000.
