I'm a buisness man who very much values our once a year holiday and wants/expects comfort and good service for my family when in a 5* hotel. This is our 3rd stay at this hotel, and to be honest from the very start I very much love the place, but thats not going to stop me from completing a fair and honest review of our stay. || The good bits |-The hotel is in a great position with amazing views. |-The breakfast and waiting staff were just wonderful, special praise must go to Miss My, Miss Diem and Miss Tram for their amazing service and friendliness.|-Our room was very clean and comfortable, and the staff even set up a children's slide in the room for my daughter. |-The daily room service quality was excellent. || The not so good bits |-OK so now the not so good bits, sadly we initially found the ground floor reception, lobby and security staff to be quite surley, unhelpful, and were even rude to a family member.|-One everning a car was allowed to be parked unattended right accross the lobby area blocking the exit, this forcing myself and 5 year old child to struggle through extremely heavy rain to enter our taxi, with not a single staff member attempting to assist/help or even offer us an unbrella. This very much made me feel disappointed and is really not what I'd expect from a 5* hotel.|After we complained, things did change very much for the better, and the ground floor staff became much more helpful and polite. ||I do very much like this hotel and would still recommend it. But the managers need to reset their service ethics/values for the reception, security, and...
Read moreI was very pleasantly surprised. The rooms are very spacious, even larger than the typical 5 star hotel, plus a balcony! And they gave a room on the 28th floor with a stagerring bird's eye view of Nhà Trắng city's beachfront - no other hotels in Nhà Trắng can compete with the view in my opinion.
The staff were extremely well trained and friendly, and can speak good English (though I communicated also in Vietnamese).
I think that this hotel was designed to be a 5 star hotel, but due to the extreme competition of 5 star hotels in Nhà Trang, Mường Thanh made sure that in order to have competitive prices, they need to save on certain things like common area air-conditioning, and that is fine with me!
As for the location, it is not located near the beach-city center like Sheraton but in my opinion, the location is best as it is on the quiet side of Nhà Trang 😊
The hotel did not also skimp on their breakfast items and I was surprised the variety, though of course it cannot compete with Sheraton or Intercontinental, but it's close!
Overall, the hotel is 'extremely' highly...
Read moreI stayed at Muong Thanh Khanh Hotel in Nha Trang with my parents and had a wonderful experience. The hotel itself looks bold and grand, especially the spacious lobby, and the front desk staff were very helpful.||Our room was huge, clean, and comfortable, with great value for the price. The breakfast buffet was excellent, offering everything from Western classics to Vietnamese favorites like phở and bánh xèo, plus plenty of fresh fruit (I ate so much dragon fruit!).||A special shoutout to My at the restaurant — she was so friendly, gave us recommendations, and made sure we were well taken care of.||The hotel is a bit far from the main action in Nha Trang. Personally, I liked that because it was quieter, and taking a Grab to get around was easy and inexpensive. But if you prefer to stay right in the middle of the action, this may not be the place for you.||Overall, I truly enjoyed my stay and would definitely recommend Muong Thanh Khanh Hotel to anyone...
