한국에서 경험했던 하이디라오와는 너무 달라서 정말 실망스러웠습니다. 고기는 주문 후 거의 1시간 만에 나왔고 무한리필 음료도 두 번이나 직접 요청하고 나서야 받을 수 있었습니다. 고기도 잘못 나오는 바람에 식사 흐름이 끊겨 제대로 식사를 즐기지도 못했습니다.

I’ve always had great experiences at Haidilao in Korea, so I expected the same level of service in Nha Trang, but this turned out to be the most disappointing meal of my entire trip.

After ordering through the tablet, we waited over 40 minutes without receiving any of the meat. I told a staff member, who said they would check, but no one explained anything, and no one apologized. The first meat dish finally arrived nearly 50 minutes after ordering, and the second one came about 10 minutes later. It means almost a full hour just to receive our initial meat order.

I also ordered the unlimited refill drink option. No one explained what was available, and nothing was served. I asked once and the staff said “okay” and left, but never followed up. After waiting, I searched online to figure out what drinks were included. I had to call another staff member and ask specifically for milk tea before finally receiving it. I had to ask twice and do my own research to get what I paid for.

Later, we ordered two additional 1-person meat portions but were served two 1-person dishes and one 0.5-portion we didn’t order. When we pointed this out, staff checked the tablet and somehow took away one of the correct 1-person portions instead. We had to explain everything again to another employee, and after another 10–20 minutes of confusion, the correct dish was returned. But by then, we had no idea where it had been or how long it had been sitting out.

These repeated delays and mistakes ruined the flow of the meal. First, we waited almost an hour just to begin eating. Then we had to stop again for the meat issue. I lost my appetite and never felt like I had a proper dinner.

One male staff member(not the one who had been serving us) did later come by to politely apologize, which I appreciated. But the staff who were actually responsible for our table never acknowledged the issues or said a word.

This experience seriously damaged my impression of the Haidilao brand. I take this matter seriously and am considering submitting a formal complaint to Haidilao headquarters. I hope no one else has to go...

I had an amazing experience at Halidao Hot Pot in Nha Trang, and I can't recommend it enough! This was my first time trying hot pot, and the person in charge, Toan (also known as Eric), made the entire experience unforgettable. He was incredibly enthusiastic, cheerful, and attentive, ensuring we had everything we needed and offering helpful suggestions. His knowledge of the menu and the dishes made it easy for us to navigate, and his English was excellent.

Eric's recommendations were spot on—everything he suggested was delicious and perfectly suited to our tastes. The best part? The cost was super affordable for such high-quality food. To top it all off, Eric went above and beyond by gifting us cheesy tofu and iced tea, which were both a delightful bonus.

If you're in Nha Trang, do yourself a favor and visit Halidao Hot Pot. The food, service, and overall experience are exceptional. A big thank you to Eric for making our first hot pot experience...

Devastated and disappointed. Be very careful when patronising. Not up to Hai Di Lao standards locally nor internationally.

Scheming and elusive promotions & billing. Store ran a promotion for discounted rates after 10pm. Staff failed to offer it automatically during billing, and confidently wanted us to pay the full rate. Only changed after my friend pointed out the discrepancy, and staff did not apologise for the oversight.

Beancurd rolls stale and not crispy, tastes full of oil despite cooking according to instructions.

Very hot venue after 10pm. Bring your own portable fans if planning to dine here. Environmentally friendly venue turning off the Air Conditioning.
