However, to become more professional and perfect, I would like to suggest a few small improvements: The tableware setup is not very convenient; it would be better to provide small plates alongside the bowls, as not everyone prefers to rest their chopsticks on the bowl. The spiciness of the dishes should be moderated, since almost every dish was very spicy and may not be suitable for all guests. A small bean dish was served at the beginning as though complimentary, but later added to the bill, which felt unprofessional. For payment, staff should bring the card machine to the table for guests to pay directly, instead of taking the card away to the cashier. Staff attire should be more consistent and formal, avoiding the use of slippers that create noise while moving around. One big plus is that the staff genuinely cared, even asking why we left some food unfinished, which showed thoughtfulness. They have special menu for foreigners with much higher price. The first question they asked: where are you from? When we asked why this question, they treated like don't understand. Waiters always staying behind, that's really annoying. No clue how to serve guests.
