Bun Cha Ha Noi — Restaurant in Nha Trang City

Honestly, the food itself was yummy. It had a lot of garlic which I enjoyed. However the entire experience was ruined because the workers scammed us. We ordered the Bun Cha for 60,000 dong. The lady then proceeded to bring us out the meal for a more expensive Bun Cha, us not realizing because of course we assumed we were getting what we ordered, ate the food. She then brings out other food and we say oh thanks we didn’t order this, then in Vietnamese we tell the lady we didn’t order this and she says no free, no pay, free. So we’re thinking very nice we’re foreigners so it’s always nice. When my friend orders a Fanta she gives him 2 sodas as he says no only 1, then didn’t drink the other as they tried to charge him after many times of saying no only 1. When we get the bill it’s about 150,000 dong more than it should be. My friend speaks Vietnamese (very well he’s had no issues communicating with every other person) he has a dispute and the lady doesn’t ‘understand’ him even though she was able to the entire meal before hand. So we are saying no we’re not going to pay for anything you brought us out. She is yelling at us then walks away and sends another lady over who then proceeded to tell us we ordered something other than we did. We very obviously did not as we purely went for bun cha. We tried to communicate over translate as they couldn’t understand my friend who very clearly spoke Vietnamese and they refused to even look at the phone.

Ultimately we decided to pay as they obviously needed the money more than we do if they’re so desperate to scam. I would advise to go to another bun cha place if you’re not obviously...

총평 ☆☆☆☆☆ 메뉴판에는 주문할 메뉴의 구성을 정확하게 파악할수 있도록 명료하게 사진이 첨부되어 있어요. 메뉴의 구성을 간단하고 알차게 구성해두어서 홀로 여행객에도 좋고, 커플, 가족 등 어떤 구성으로 와도 만족스러운 주문이 가능한 식당이에요. 음식 맛도 괜찮고 특별히 부족한 부분은 없는 것 같아요.

음식 ☆☆☆☆☆ 분짜 먹으러 갔다가 같이 주문한 분보남보를 더 맛있게 먹고 왔어요. 분보남보가 분짜보다 맛이 강하니 두개 다 주문하셨다면 먼저 분짜를 드시고 분보남보를 드시는 편이 좋을 듯해요.

[분짜] ☆☆☆☆☆ 분짜 국물은 기름이 살짝 떠 있구요. 일반적으로 상상되는 분짜 국물의 맛이에요. 간마늘과 고추는 상태가 매우 좋았어요. 자극적인 국물을 원하시면 마늘과 고추를 첨가하시면 됩니다. 돼지고기는 직화향을 잘 품고 있고 간이 적당합니다. 고기 완자도 들어 있는데, 완자 씹는 질감이 꽤나 좋네요. 완자는 한 개 뿐인게 아쉬웠어요.

돼지고기는 가게 밖에서 석쇠로 굽는데, 아마도 몇시간에 한번씩 구워서 사용하나봅니다. 제가 갔던 시간에는 운이 좋게 고기 굽는 모습을 볼 수 있었어요. 고기를 갓 구운 시간에 방문했다면 고기향이 더 가득해 만족도가 높을 듯 합니다. 저는 오전 10시쯤 방문했었습니다.

[분보남보] ☆☆☆☆☆ 저는 이집 분보남보가 꽤나 맛있었어요. 분짜보다 한층 새콤 달콤한 맛의 소스를 베이스로 해서 인가봐요. 땅콩이 푸짐하게 뿌려져 있어서 새콤 달콤한 맛에 고소한 맛을 더해 입안을 풍부하게 해줍니다. 다만 분짜보다 맛이 훨씬 강해서 분짜와 번갈아서 먹으면 분짜의 맛을 해쳐요.

서비스 ☆☆☆☆☆ 언어가 잘 통하지는 않지만 주문하는데 어려움이 없어요. 식당 종업원분들은 부끄러움이 조금 있으시네요. 불친절하거나 대접이 소홀하지는 않습니다.

이 식당은 메뉴판이 매우 인상적이네요. 상세하게 사진을 인쇄해두어 분짜가 익숙치 않은 분들에게는 메뉴가 어떤 구성으로 나오는지 명료하게 알 수 있도록 도움을 줍니다. 나트랑에서 이런 메뉴판을 제공하는 식당은 그리 많지 않을 거에요.

분짜 닷비엣을 주문하면 짜죠도 하나 추가 되나봐요. 다른 테이블에 앉았던 현지인분들은 닷비엣으로 주문해서 혼밥 하시더라구요. 홀로 여행객에게 추천합니다. 사진 메뉴판이 꽤나 도움이 될 겁니다.

테이블, 식기 등의 위생도 양호한 수준이었구요. 재워둔 고기를 석쇠에 셋팅하는 모습도 지켜볼 수 있었는데, 비닐장갑 깨끗하게 사용하고 계셨고 고기 재워둔 플라스틱통도 깨끗하네요. 석쇠 위생상태도 만족할만한 상태였어요.

참! 여긴 물을 안주더라구요. 음료를 시켜야 하는듯... 다행히 음료시키라는 압박은 없더라구요. 저희는 음식만 먹고 나왔습니다.

분위기 ☆☆☆☆ 에어컨이 없는 작은 식당이에요. 더울 때는 감수하셔야 할듯... 그나마 고기굽는 화로가 가게 입구에서 몇미터 떨어져 있어 뜨거운 열기가 식당안으로 들어오지 않게 해두었네요.
