Homie Beachfront Residences Nha Trang — Hotel in Nha Trang City

We booked this accommodation months ago a sea view only to arrive to a check in that was chaotic with no que up so it was a free for all.|We get to the check in and things go alright, charge 200k for a key deposit, a plastic card held together with plastic tape and only 1 key pass.|We get to the room and it's a city view with partial sea view. We go down to let them know that the room we we're given was not what we paid for, we then told that the room they originally set aside for us was having water issues so they were unable to provide the room we paid for however the repairs would be completed in 2 days and they would make that room avaliable and grow in 2 roof top pool pases.|Tjos was not acceptable to us however as travelers what are you going to do at this point, BTW another couple were given the same BS story at the same time and by the sounds of it later it appears to be common practice for this hotel if you are stating for 5. 7 days they push you to a lower standard room, offer no real compensation and placate you.|Gets worse. The AC system did not work, the TV did not work, mold around the bath tub just really poor quality of service and product.|I wouldn't recommend and by the management HIDES behind staffers to take the brunt of the complaints never surfacing to...

Don’t say you haven’t been warned. This is the worst hotel, worst service and worst value for money we have ever experienced. Cheap - and I should have checked the listings in trip advisor first. The same hotel is called the panorama hotel, the Empyrean. And several other incoming the Homie. Same property. Staff are rude, towels at the pool are only provided at a cost. Cost extra to use the pool on the roof and the sky bar. Breakfast was awful, cold, stale food. Not to mention every time you needed the lift there was at least a 10 min wait which is a pain when you finally get to your room and the key won’t work. They also operate under the name Aqua Beachfront Panorama Nha Trang on sites like Booking.com, Agoda, etc. All under the address of 2 Nguyễn Thị Minh Khai, 650000 Nha Trang, Vietnam. Made reservation through Booking.com and the property charged me a portion of the cost a day later.
