I ordered iced ginger tea with less sugar but I was served with just cold water put in a glass with 2 slices of fresh ginger in it. I also ordered chicken salad after a few spoons, I had requested to take out, but to my surprise THEY CHARGED for the styro box for 10k vnd, really unbelievable. This place is a no for me. The staffs are not so friendly, pls train them to treat each and every customer whether white, black, or asian, treat them the same, because they are paying same price for your food and drinks noh? And I don’t understand why the owner is not open to criticism and asking the reviewer to tell the truth, man reviews are to help you improve your services and to help future customers what to expect, and not to put you down, this is about helping you improve!. Be objective!

It is true, people working there are nice and kind. But ordering anything is a disaster, they dont speak a single word in english, so even mentioning a name of a simple fruit drink from the menu ends as gathering of all the waiters with panic in their eyes just as if the saw UFO. Then a big chaos when delivering the drink to the tables, not knowing who ordered what, missing cuttlery, people waiting with their meal without forks to use. True, nice views, but allowing smoking destroys all the joy from spending time there, you end up inhaling the stink of the cigarettes of other people sitting there instead or...

Had a mango smoothie which was lovely and a bowl of noodles with pork which was also good. Very friendly staff, easy communication, and a lovely view! Also cute puppies hanging around too. The staff asked if I minded giving them a review and I did not mind at all. I didn't feel pressured to do so. I know some reviewers dislike being asked to give reviews but I think it’s important to remember that these business rely on reviews to gain customers and remain open. If you dont want to leave a review then don't leave one, but I don't think it reflects badly on the staff to...
