I recently had the pleasure of dining at the Clubhouse restaurant at Premier Residences Phu Quoc, and it was an exceptional experience! The ambiance is elegant, with stunning views of the ocean and lush tropical landscapes, making it the perfect spot to relax and enjoy a meal. The food was outstanding, offering a delightful blend of Western and Asian delicacies. I particularly enjoyed the “Tide to Table” buffet, which featured fresh seafood sourced directly from the island. The “Quang Gánh” set menu was also a highlight, presenting traditional Vietnamese dishes with a modern twist. A special mention goes to Nguyet, the supervisor, who made our dining experience truly memorable. Her attention to detail, warm hospitality, and professionalism were remarkable. Very bad customer service. Ordered just 1 cocunut, they said if I could just wait at the counter as it would be quick, so I said yes standing waiting for it. But they then apparently forgot about the order and after 15mins I had to ask about my order and saw someone started opening a coconut which I thought was mine but they didnt give it to me and opened another one. I was (too) patiently waited further until they gave the 2 coconuts to a lady who placed the order 10mins after me. I questioned it, and they explained that because the lady ordered 2 coconuts, they had already opened 2 coconuts. What kind of reason is that?!? If you make a mistake, it is fine as everyone does, but just apologise instead of making a ridiculous excuse. Had full-board menu in the hotel so we were eating here for about 12 days. Food quality is pretty average, not tasty. And it’s a problem of all dishes almost. Only food wouldn’t be a big issue, but there is no service at all: nobody will bring you a menu if you don’t ask, you will just wait permanently usual waiting time for any food or even drink is about 15-20 minutes sometimes the tables are not cleaned they won’t bring you a spoon with soup. And will do it only after request 3 times we had our order mixed up with someone’s else the personal is not working at all, after request you need to wait for napkins/cutlery/menu/etc for 10+ minutes If we hadn’t paid for full-board, wouldn’t come back again after the first time.
