Edit to answer their reply: No, we always intended to order food, we told this 3 waiters and asked 3 times when the kitchen closes, they all said 10pm. In the restaurant after ordering they told us it closed at 9:30pm and now you write 9:40pm. Embarrassing. On google maps right here it says 11pm by the way, so maybe it’s not the customers fault here? As I said, the communication/service, the food itself and the prices unfortunately do not deserve a better review.
Original review: They have - as in many places around - heaps of staff working there, but no one serves you and no one knows how to work in hospitality. Read moreWe came here for lunch and sat outside. The atmosphere was nice. Service was okay, staff aren’t that attentive after ordering. You have to call or get up if you need something.

We ordered the fresh oysters which were not fresh at all. They came on a bed of ice but were not cold at all. They were room/atmosphere temperature and tasted funny. I felt anxious eating them - luckily no stomach issues after. I spat out the last oyster, it tasted like it had gone bad. It has honestly put me off oysters. Quite disappointing for a place with oyster in their name. We also ordered the garlic slipper lobster dish, it was okay but they were a bit small for the price and compared to other pictures in the reviews.
For the money we spent, I’d say you’re better off going next door to Ann’s seafood (the middle restaurant of the three there). We went there for dinner and 1/2 the price the food was a lot more delicious and staff were very attentive...

It took 30 minutes for our drinks to be delivered, each time we ordered. We had to keep going up to the bar where staff were standing around, instead of them coming to the table to actually serve us.
We could have ordered twice as much food and drink if it hadn’t have been for the long waiting times and lack of service. You’re losing money this way! Train your staff to be efficient and fast and you’ll see profits rise, because the food is good and the location is perfect. A good start would be to have your waiting staff actually check on tables, ask if they want to order more drinks or food, take empty plates away when finished etc.
