🌟 Crab Island – Phu Quoc: A True Seafood Feast in Paradise! 🦀🌽🦪
If you’re in Phu Quoc and craving fresh, flavorful seafood served with style – Crab Island is the place to be!
We ordered their crab platter and creamy mussels, and both dishes were a culinary masterpiece. The presentation was picture-perfect (see attached!), with vibrant greens, buttery corn on the cob, golden potato wedges, and crispy garlic bread framing the seafood beautifully.
🦀 The crab? Juicy, tender, and generously coated in a rich, peppery cream sauce. Every bite was packed with flavor without overwhelming the natural sweetness of the crab meat. ✨ The best part? The staff are happy to assist you in cracking the crab if you need help – super thoughtful and convenient!
🦪 The mussels? Absolutely fresh and bathed in a mild, savory cream sauce with subtle chili heat – perfectly balanced and addictive.
The portion size was impressive, and every element on the plate had purpose – even the corn and green beans added a wholesome, comforting touch. The garlic bread? Just the right crunch to mop up every drop of sauce!
✨ Ambience: Warm, coastal vibes with friendly staff who go above and beyond. ✨ Service: Fast, attentive, and genuinely welcoming – they make you feel right at home.

This restaurant although empty because of lack of tourists was really good. If you like seafood this restaurant does it well. As you can see in the pictures the seafood was fresh. The check comes out with a net and catches the food from their little aquarium. The seafood is well seasoned and well cooked.
The only complaint I can honestly state on here is that the ribs were not great. This is a seafood restaurant with other options for those who don’t like seafood but seafood should not be the only specialty if they serve other types of food. The ribs were really tough to eat, to the point where I had to spit one out into a napkin because it was hard to chew. Again I don’t knock the restaurant for accommodating other dishes but they do need to do better when you are catering to non seafood lovers.
I bumped them down 1 star for the other food but the seafood choices were great. I do recommend you taking time to come here strictly because of...
Read moreThe Food here was very delicious! My husband and I came 2 nights in a row because it was so Good. My husband is also Coeliac and they had a lot of Gluten Free Oprions. We had the Steak the 1st night, the Rib Eye and Srip Loin along with Mash Potatoes and vegetables, it was cooked to our liking and I got extra Mash and Veges. Highly recommend the BBQ Shrimp! which we would call Prawns in NZ. These were awesome! Especially the Mango Sauce you dip the Shrimp into. The 2nd Night I had the Salmon, with Mash and Veges and this was perfectly cooked with crispy skin. The Staff were very polite and helpful especially Hau who looked after us and spoke...
