DO NOT eat here! DO NOT ! DO NOT ! DO NOT ! DO NOT! With the same pay or even less than this you can be treated well somewhere else luxury. That’s a shame that nice background but the staff is NOT hospitality at all even they are working in this field, Food & Beverage was very very average, Service was terrible. I understand that due to the location that we have to pay extra, I would not say nothing if service was good but NO. The staff served you like you should not be there. I had to ask for my drink (they forgot), napkins (forgot to setup), to clear the dirty plates (between course), steak but no steak knife (no one asked you how would you like it cooked, whatever you have to accept) ect.. as nobody cares, and if you asked them, they were very unhappy. If your owner reading this, please do the STAFF TRAINNING, not only my table was served like this, did other tables. I was so excited to explore VinWonders, after dinning here, It ruined my day. I don’t want other customers dine in here having the same experience as me. Everyone deserve a nice day there. However, if you are the owner and you have been knowing this happening every day, but You are rich and Do not need a change, so I have nothing to say. You are selfish, one day you will be treated like the way your...
Read moreDear all who are Interested to visit Deep Sea Cafeteria,
I would NOT recommend this restaurant to anyone. The service make us disappointed from start to finish.
My family and I dined there for lunch and were surprised to find that we had to place our orders at the entrance, before even being shown to our table. Additionally, there is a mandatory set menu per person that is quite pricey, regardless of the fish tank view.
As for the food, it was quite ordinary, so I wouldn't advise setting high expectations.
There is a feeding "show" at 3 pm. However, it was misleadingly labeled a "show." It simply involved a diver coming down to feed the fish, with no performance or interactions taking place.
To add to our dissatisfaction, a waiter approached us at the end of our meal and pressured us to leave a 4-5 star review on Google Maps. He hovered over us while we wrote our comments and strongly urged us to post a positive review, which may explain the inflated ratings...
Read moreI booked the Dining Under the Deep Sea package through Klook. However, upon arrival, I was told by the waiter that I needed to top up extra money just to sit by the window, even though this important detail was not clearly stated in the Klook listing.
On top of that, the food quality was disappointing — definitely not what I expected for the price and experience being advertised.
This left me very dissatisfied, as I had expected the package to cover a complete and enjoyable dining experience. I am not sure whether the issue lies with Klook’s description or with the restaurant’s policy, but as a customer, I feel misled. Transparency and better quality should be prioritized to avoid...
