WRAP & ROLL — Restaurant in Phan Thiết City

Just ordered a Negini Kebab with saffron rice like mentioned on the menu. I got cold food, without the saffron rice.

Edit: Reaction owner on my review: “ Hello Tahmina, First of All, thanks for for time for writing this review. Ma'am, you order nagini kebab and tzaziki only, Yes tzaziki is cold because it's a side yourgurt salad dish. Nagini kebab, doesn't comes woth saffron rice. Even in our whole menu we don't have dish saffron rice... Please check, may be use was confused with Indian menu. Indian restaurant sale saffron rice. We trừ to call you 6 times to know more, but you haven't pick up. Thanks”

My contra reaction: The menu that THE OWNER published on google mentions the following: “Nagini Kebab Combine marinated minced chicken breast with lamb skewer, served with saffron rice and grilled tomato”

Dear Wrap&Roll, Trust me that i know what tzaziki is and that it is a cold yoghurt, cucumber and garlic side dish from Greece. You say that you don’t serve saffron rice with Nagini Kebab but your menu says otherwise….see above. I forgot to mention that the kebab wasn’t cooked on the inside and that the restaurant is only 550 meters away from my hotel, which makes delivering cold kebab&rice even worse. Instead of apologizing the restaurant they give a reaction that is untrue. I haven’t received your phonecall because I didn’t have my phone.

I had the chicken shawarma which was so amazing. All the food here looked so good! There’s about 7 restaurants in this courtyard with a combined menu on the tables which means there’s lots of option for everyone which is great although I found it a bit overwhelming, you would definitely struggle if you didn’t have a craving. Staff were very lovely and service was fast as it was quiet. The menu prices have also increased a little bit from the photos on here but not a crazy amount my meal was 95k which is very good for non Vietnamese food

I absolutely love the set up of this place! Originally I only wanted to order from wrap and roll, but thanks to the great service I ordered from 3 of the 5 restaurants at this food court. I had a lamb shawarma from wrap and roll, a strawberry smoothie from big chill and a cheesecake from pizza time. All were so delicious and I'd 100% recommend eating here. The service and food were perfect, the waiter couldn't be more helpful and accommodating. I also loved the chilled atmosphere and vibe with the music, fairy lights...
