Pineapple Mũi Né — Restaurant in Phan Thiết City

Came here on a Monday afternoon for some food and drinks. The bar itself is beautiful, the views out to sea are great and the palm trees make it that much nicer. I ordered the fish and chips for lunch. When it arrived the fish looked great, it was individually battered pieces of red snapper, but the chips were over cooked and stone cold. It’s as if the fries had been cooked as soon as the order came in and just left on the plate whilst the fish cooked. So I explained to one of the staff and they sent it back straight away. When it returned, the fries were lovely and hot, but even more over cooked! They had obviously just thrown my previous fries back in the fryer. Again, sent them back and finally got a meal with fresh fries and the fish was still hot. However, the pieces of fish still had small fish bones in and one piece was very uncooked, almost raw. It’s confusing how somewhere could get the most basic dishes so wrong. We then stayed for another drink sat on one of the beanbags which was nice, probably because you can really get a bottled cider wrong! Some of the staff here look like they don’t want to be here, although the guy who served us was lovely and very helpful!!

I personally would only return for a drink or two on the beach as it is a very nice place to sit and relax. I would advise to eat elsewhere before coming here especially going off other reviews I have read...

We came there twice, we wasn’t happy about service first time, but I was thinking they all tired and was late. I seen they doing water sports and renting jetskis. We comeback and 4 of us walked than we been told we need to buy 4 drinks, we said our boy just went to use sports facilities he doent want drink.Girl said we have to order and pick ourselves, the maximum they do open bottle beer with opener. My kids decided they want rent jetski, but we been told diferent prices, I don’t mind , Everyone got diferent price and he said if you want other price you can go next beach and guy will rent you cheaply. We decided to go and I Could See How he called him and probably said don’t rent for the price we agreed before. Than they was sterring at us, my son and daughter didn’t understand why they so angry. They Just wanted to leave. I will say to build reputation takes time, to destroy takes minutes. Barr and renting guys all the same bunch, very rude. Few of them was ok, but the main ones who run everything they think They are kings there. I will not recomend this if you expecting good customer service.
