An interesting incident happened here. Me and my friend decided to have lunch. He ordered spare ribs and I ordered a tbone (500g). I was shocked to find that they had separate sauce on sale. The waiter suggested the sauces on sale and I picked my flavor. In my mind, I had those small bottled sauces that I could carry. To my surprise, they served the sauce on a small side plate, meaning even if I paid for that particular sauce, if I don't finish, then I can't carry. Anyways this is a small issue. The big one is when we were done eating and asked for our bill. Surprise!!!! The person attending to us brought a printed bill indicating only 1 meal. The tbone only. The spare ribs and the separate sauce was not showing on the bill. The waiter came and said, the other items failed to show on the system and hence did not print but don't worry, I will do the calculations, and add them manually. As in just indicate them on the bill using a pen. At first it wasn't a big deal for me but my friend kind of knew what was about to happen. So now here is the catch. After my friend explained to me what the waiter wanted to do.
When you order items let's say 2 meals and only one appears on the printed bill, and the waiter says don't worry I will just indicate it manually, then just know that the amount indicated in ink manually will not go to the company. Since the only item the company system has picked is the printed bill and not the manually indicated amount. Where it goes, no one knows. So my friend insisted that the waiter goes back and with the help from his supervisor, they should make sure they bring the printed bill. And it should indicate tax invoice and not proforma. This way, what you are paying for is exactly what you ordered and has been picked by the company system. Anything indicated in ink has not been captured by the system and even if you pay, the money is most likely not going to be cashed to the company. This is one of the tricks workers use to rip off the employer. Be careful and let's help stop this criminal activity.

Read moreAmazing food great service, I love that the kids have a play area to keep them busy while we wait for the food. The waiting staff are amazing, one of the ladies once even offered to hold my baby while I ate! I would say they go above and beyond. They'll even sing a birthday song if you need👌🏻 My only qualm is the past two times I've been the music has been a little too loud for me.. I don't get that. I really hope the music gets turned down a little, I do appreciate music, I just don't want to be subjected to loud music for the duration of my meal and time there, second the kiddies menu (the pics) looks amazing but not so much when it's brought to you on a plate. Now we just order for the kids from the "big people" menu. Otherwise, I love the food...
Read moreI had a perfect breakfast at Copper Eagle Spur in Kitwe. Their services were good and the atmosphere was safe and friendly for children. I took my family there to have our ice cream. They also had a good and free place where our kids could play and socialize with their new friends. I loved the place because it appreciated diversity. It had food for different races and cultures. You could have food, coffee, ice cream, drinks, juice, chips, etc.
It was a nice place to visit with...
