The food is good and the idea of customising one's pizza is really nice. However, it takes an eternity for an order to get delivered. My order took an hour to confirm. As if that was not enough, I tried calling to confirm my order using the number on the website and application but my calls were terminated before I was attended to. By the time I got feedback from the restaurant, I had already explored other options. I hope the service in the particular areas...

Second time I got disappointed with their online ordering system. I received an order with missing toppings, so I clearly paid more for nothing. The order seems to have been prepared in a rush because it took them almost two hours to deliver, and that was only after I called them for an update more than an hour after I made my order.

This is very very poor service! And I dont think I'm ever going to order anything...
