Hungry Lion Mukuba Mall — Restaurant in Copperbelt Province

Firstly the food is absolutely amazing and delicious the only problem is poor customer service in terms of attitude by the people working there especially the outlets kitwe including one at Mukuba Mall where they look at the status before you are served in time. Remember Hungry Lion is a family cafeteria where most people would rather go and seat and enjoy the comfort and the goodness of the meals but if the attitudes of your employees in these places continues then it may attract bad business. Food is great, but the drinks are luke warm, what's up with the fridges? They don't chill the drinks, then instead of you finding a seat, you have to wait by the till because you don't want to miss hearing your number. Kindly bring your restaurants up to standard by installing a pa system whereby your customers can sit and wait rather than standing for who knows how long, by the time the food is ready, customers are tired...
