You visit the outside of the lighthouse for free, but the public are not allowed inside. Currently the very end of the pier where the lighthouse is situated is blocked off due to building work. I hope they repaint it back to the vivid red, as currently it's looking very sad and dull. Still great for Pokémon and Ingress players to visit as it is included...
