Review of Aqualand Malaga I recently visited Aqualand Malaga with my friends, and I have to say, it was a disappointing experience overall. While I expected some long queues and slightly pricey food, the reality of our visit was much worse than anticipated. **Entry and Facilities:** We paid 35 euros each for entry, which already felt quite steep. Upon entering the park, we were unable to find a single seat or locker. This was a major inconvenience and not a great start to our day. For such a popular attraction, better facilities management is essential. **Rides and Queues:** The waiting times were outrageous. We queued for 45 minutes just to get a donut ring for one of the rides. This was extremely frustrating, especially since many people weren't returning the rings promptly, leading to a severe shortage. After finally securing a ring, we had to wait another 45 minutes to get onto the ride itself, all while standing in the scorching heat. This double wait time was beyond frustrating and put a damper on our excitement. **Food and Service:** The food situation was another letdown. We stood in line for 25 minutes only to be served subpar food at exorbitant prices. To make matters worse, our order was incorrect, and the staff refused to fix it. For the amount we paid, both the quality of food and service were unacceptable. **Overall Experience:** While I understand that water parks are popular and waiting is part of the experience, the level of disorganization and the overall value for money at Aqualand Malaga were extremely disappointing. If I could go back in time, I would have opted to spend the day at the beach or by a pool instead. The stress, long waits, and poor service just weren't worth it. In conclusion, I cannot recommend Aqualand Malaga. Save your time and money and choose a more relaxing and enjoyable option for your day out.

We went there in a group with 6 adults and 4 kids. We had somewhat big expectations to this park after seeing the flyer and the pricing only to find out that this place is a total rip off. You pay way to much for the entrance regarding the attractions(30/Adult) you get, you pay for locking your stuff (5€), and then you pay again for the sunbed (4€ till you leave it, 14 € for the whole day ). You can pay an extra 15€ for a fast queue wrist band but that doesn't seem to make a huge difference because what I experienced nobody really cares for that, people were just riding. For little kids, maybe up to 8 years it's a great place to have a fun time no question. But for adults it's just not worth it. The place is (even under the week) heavily overcrowded to a point where it just doesn't make sense to queue anymore. Standing literally up to 1 hour for a ride in 30° isn't really fun at all. The park itself looks kinda sordid every here and there. Dirty stairs full of bird-do a somewhat rotten construction that looks like something that was a Minigolf course before, just an unlovely impression in general. The food is completely overpriced too. The pictured fries cost 5€, the burger plate 10,50. No sauce, just ketchup (0,2€) Lifeguards are really annoying after a while because they just spam their whistle at everyone. Pretty annoying when you're sitting near one for a while. One of us got kicked out the water because she was wearing a pair of sunglasses on her head. Kids were not allowed to wear a sunhat in the jacuzzi or elsewhere in the water (hat pictured) The "jacuzzi" by the way is just bubbling cold water. In general the place is just no recommendable.

We went in the summer holidays and arrived at 10, had to queue to get in, which was about 5-10min, we went on the slides first thing and enjoyed a few rides until massive waves of people came in so we had to queue for rides after we've only went on 3 short rides, then we had lunch which was kind of worth it since it was €15 for a pizza which was big and we shared it between 3ppl which we were satisfied about, after lunch we queued for about 90min trying to get on a ride which we thought was worth it (Lamina,NOT the photo attached), when we went on the ride it was about 1min and a half of darkness and a small drop at the end(NOT worth it), I'd suggest queueing for other rides and don't waste your time on that ride. We also went on the kamikaze, which is the massive drop slide, quite fun, we enjoyed it. We also went on the foam slide, which was surprisingly better than we thought it was. Then, we went to the wave pool because all the other rides after lunch had SUPER MASSIVE queues, the wave pool was really dirty with leaves and i even found a plaster in the water. and we wanted to go on the boomerang, which had a big drop at the end,but the queue were too big, you had to queue for the swim tubes and the ride, which would probably take you about 90+ min to even get on the ride. My daughter fell and had to go to the first aid, the medic was super friendly and nice. The sunbeds were very expensive at €14. TIPS : Arrive at 9:45 or earlier so u can get on more rides before massive waves of people come. Bring your own lunch if you don't want to spend a fortune on your meal.

Entrance fee is high with 30 € per person but that was not unexpected. The added costs inside though make this a very expensive experience. A locker costs 6 €, 5 € deposit. You acquire a key when going right from the entrance. You might attempt some rides without a fast pass but expect very long waiting times. We assumed it would cost 15 € per person as stated in some other reviews but it is in fact 28 € per person so you basically pay double the entrance fee. Weirdly enough it lasts for two days if you want to come again the next day. Having one does not mean you skip all the lines though. You get a float immediately but on all rides with stairs you stand in line like everyone else. Only one without waiting was the super steep one. (Don't worry btw. it's an amazing one, definitely try!) The rides are fun and at least during our visit seemed well maintained. The toilets also seemed new or renovated but someone checking in on them would still be needed. Either toilet paper was missing, the floor was dirty and disgusting or even the full toilet seat was missing. Tip: Bring some water shoes/socks. The ground is super hot and your feet will suffer a great deal if you are not prepared. On the slower rides you can take some flip flops down with you but that doesn't work on all rides. Sun beds can also be rented. I think for 6€. 🤔 As for the restaurant: We ate around 2 pm and it was nearly empty, no waiting lines at all. Half an hour later it was bursting full. Plan your meal early and you should not have any issues.

This Waterpark is one of the most expensive watermarks in Spain, so you would expect it to be properly maintained considering how much money they charge. Sadly, this is not the case, the park is poorly maintained, virtually every stairs used to climb up to the slides are badly rusted and in disrepair. Furthermore the grates near top and bottom of the slides as seen the accompanying picture is badly damaged. My brother in fact stepped into one such broken grate as seen here and tore his big toe open, which required multiple stitches to close the wound. Even now a week later he is having a lot of trouble/pain with it. As said by multiple people in the below comments, the walking surfaces are really bad, with cracks and tears in the floor surface a common sight. Also, during the middle of the day, the surfaces get very hot, making walking around difficult. I highly recommend that if you do go, wear water/beach slip on shoes, trust me, you will be saving yourself a lot of trouble. Lastly the prices of food in the park are ridiculously high with basic items like pizza's costing twice what charge in a restaurant by the coast, so do yourself a favor and pack food for the day. Lastly, the lockers in the park are €5 euro each and are tiny, so try to pack light. To end on a positive note though, the slides themselves are decent and provide a good rush, though beware the ques during height on the season, especially from 12pm to 4pm, they can be bad, especially for the float rides.

Find some useful (hopefully) advices below.. It is middle range water park with standard selection of slides and pools for kids and adults. The entrance is 30 euro per person and 12 euro on the second visit. The park's car park is 2 euro. If you like you can park your car for free on the Calle Cuba around 100-200 meters from the park. The sunbeds are 4 euro extra each. If you have your beach towels then feel free to accommodate yourself on one of the lawns under the palms, comfy and free. No questions asked. Lockers are fiver and fiver is refundable deposit. You don't need to use them if you keep your valuable stuff in the car. There is no problem and safe I'd say to keep your back pack beside the sunbed or on the lawns. Take any snacks and drinks you like into the park with you, it is not prohibited. Some people can find the prices in the park's snack shop a bit higher than average in the region. To avoid the possible queues on slides try most of them just after opening time (usually 11am, not everyone comes at opening time) or after 3pm (most visitors are exhausted at that time and spending their time in the pool or on the sunbeds).
