Westfield Tea Tree Plaza is a large shopping centre located in Modbury serving as a shopping hub for Adelaide's growing north eastern suburbs, it is linked to the city by Adelaide's O-Bahn Busway, which terminates at the Tea Tree Plaza Interchange. Major tenants include Myer, Harris Scarfe, Target, Kmart, Big W, Woolworths, Coles, Aldi and Hoyts. With 245 stores, Tea Tree Plaza is the second largest shopping centre in Adelaide, only Westfield Marion is larger. There is a smaller shopping centre building called Tea Tree Plus slightly to the north of the main centre. The centre was built by Myer Shopping Centres as part of an extensive subdivision of the area, which at the time was the largest remaining underdeveloped, non industrial land in the Adelaide metropolitan area. The centre opened in September 1970. Located in the City of Tea Tree Gully, it is the major shopping hub for the north-east of Adelaide. Tea Tree Plaza is owned by AMP Capital and the Scentre Group, each owning 50%.

I like going to tea tree plaza and go there just about every week to see a movie or go shopping, also can't wait for the new building to be complete I like going especially to see the progress, the only thing I am not a fan of is the state of the older parts of the shopping centre, while it is great that Westfield is spending a lot of money to make the centre a better experience for us, there is a couple things that wouldn't cost much to fix that would make the centre better. For example there is water damage to the extreme around where the bottom of the elevator is and around the electrical switchboard and while your walking up the ramp and is so damaged that is mouldy and is not a good look. Also around where the reject shop is there is a place where Mold has grown due do water damage. Also the car parks are very dirty and should be cleaned every couple of months or so

Once upon a time, Tea Tree Plus shopping centre, once a bright idea on a piece of paper is now a ghost town. It’s an embarrassment to people living in the area. We are surrounded by beautiful centres; The Grove, Parabanks, Arndale, Marion and now for TTP, when is it our turn to be upgraded? Just take a look at those vacant lots that people pass, year by year. There is nowhere to eat here; first, Wendy's and later, Caffe Buongiorno. What in blue carnations is going on? In a one-way world of inflation and online shopping, one would think every attempt to capture shoppers would be done, well Tea Tree Plus has lost me and many others that I know. Thank You Tea Tree Plus. My childhood was awesome. :'(

Nice shopping centre with so many different shops and supermarkets, very convinient. Including Coles, Kmart, Woolworths, Target, Big W, Myer Centre, the Reject shop, Chemist Warehouse, Priceline, RAA, Medibank, Flight Centre and plenty more. There is an Asian grocery shop near Woolworths as well. Nice food court with comfortable sitting. There are some nice restaurants and Hoyts cinema here. Nice place to shop, dine and relax. The only thing is that sometimes it is hard to park the car despite there are so many parking spaces, especially during Christmas. Overall a very nice shopping centre.
