Cibo Espresso — Restaurant in Adelaide

23/8/22 around 2pm I saw a sign out the front of cibo in Tea Tree Plaza advertising caramel hot chocolate. Decided this sounded great and ordered one small for my mum and grande for myself. Got our orders and we both got a small so I went up to rectify my order. Got my grande and eventually mum said hers didn't taste like caramel. I tried it and she was right. Did they originally give us 2 ordinary hot chocolates? Far from what I ordered. The milk wasn't creamy, tasted watered down like a milo with hot water and a dash of milk. Disappointing after the price you pay at this place. Not that I go there often and the one time that I did it confirms I'll never be back. Needless to say the service was a 0/10. The girl was counting the afternoon money but didn't acknowledge us to say she won't be long. No smile upon service. I felt like I was bothering them. I observed another customer being served by another girl and she had as deadpan face as you could get. What's up with this staff? Please get some training on good customer service. As a former retail worker this shocked me as I was always taught to smile and make conversation and have a friendly approach. No I'm not old either, it's about connecting with customers and having basic respect and service. As I said, I won't be back. There are other options at the plaza with great customer service, great food and drinks and overall better...
