Overall a really disappointing experience. Our session was booked for 4-4:30pm. We arrived on time but it took a few minutes to find the correct counter. Once we found it we then waited a good 10mins to be served. The person at the counter eventually got to us and advised that because we were 15mins past 4 and the person that was next after our booking arrived before us, they were let onto the lane first. They had also booked a longer session and weren’t going to be done until 5:10pm. She asked if we could come back then. I said that wouldn’t work as I had my 2 children with me and couldn’t just come back. I asked if we could do the arcade time first and then go bowling. She said another lane would be free in 20mins so if we did the arcade games first then we could go to the other lane and do our bowling session. She gave us arcade cards and said to use the machines that didn’t have a rainbow light. We tried the cards on multiple machines that didn’t have the rainbow light and a lot did not work. It was very frustrating. We then went back after 20mins to get our shoes and were advised to purchase socks for around $10each.. there were 3 of us! $30 bucks for crappy bowling socks was a joke in itself but we had no other option. The person also told us that the bowlers in our lane had a few more bowls to go so to just wait for them to finish at the lane. Then we went to the lane and waited for multiple players to have a few bowls each which was actually about 8-10 bowls! After they were done, they left all their shoes on the seats, we moved them and sat down to put our socks and shoes on. A worker came past and I asked him to put our names on the screen and set it up as it was on a default screen. He said he’d go check at the counter and return. He returned and asked what name the booking was for because he couldn’t find it. I told him and he said I was at the wrong lane and to go to the other side where our lane would be ready. We proceeded to that lane and I ordered 3 fancy milkshakes. They came fairly quickly and tasted fine for $12 each. Then i ordered 3 meals- nuggets with chips, pizza with chips and a hotdog with chips. We finished our bowling and drinks and the food still hadn’t arrived. I returned the shoes to the counter and asked the people at the food counter where the food was. They stumbled around and worked out the food was waiting to be taken out. They then proceeded to hand me a tray with 3 meals on it. I asked if they had takeaway containers as we wanted to eat the food while bowling and not just sit around afterwards and eat it now. They said they could give us pizza boxes. I said that was fine. They then took a good 5-10mins to bring back the food in 1 large pizza box. They put all the food together. I had paid extra for tomato sauce but that wasn’t in there. One of my children doesn’t eat meat and the hotdog and nuggets were right next to the pizza. It was a shambles. I just took the box and my $36 meals in great disappointment. We then went to the arcade area again to purchase some credits to play on the “rainbow” light games which is basically the machines that you can win prizes or tickets on. After multiple attempts of the Skilltester picking up the stuffed toy and dropping it over and over, $100 later, it eventually brought it to the drop spot and we got the toy. I sat down while my children were looking at the options to use their tickets on and decided to try the food. The pizza was hard as a rock and basically inedible. The nuggets were horrible and the hotdog was hard as a rock. I have no idea how any kitchen could muck up food so badly.Overall, it was disgusting. From the service to the food and the whole experience, I would highly not recommend going here unless everything significantly changed. I could have blown that money in Westfield TTP on toys and rubbish food without having to book it and go...
Read moreI had a big party involving around 65 people (including kids and parents). At the start when I had to book my party and discuss details it was too difficult to make contact with the right centre over the phone so I had to visit in person, not once but 3 times to sort out the party details. I was assured I will be assigned a party host and 5 to 6 team members to facilitate the party. On the day, there were only 4 staff members plus a party coordinator. (Short staffed). Once the party began, it went well until it was time to cut the cake. The team members then were screaming and yelling on the kids to keep them quite so they could serve the food. Most parents present were taken aback by this approach (Lack of experience and skills to manage a group of around this many people). After the food was served kids started asking for drinks and water and parents started serving from the serving table as the crew members did not proactively approach this situation. Team members maintained their approach through this time by continued screaming and yelling at the kids (threatening behaviour) rather than approaching party host or asking support from parents present (As they were struggling to manage the group). Some of the younger kids were distressed and traumatised by this approach from your team.
Kids were there to attend a party not a military camp. This was quite disappointing towards the end and I am completely dissatisfied with the management of my party and the money that I spent for my children’s big day.
As much as I would recommend a casual visit to time zone TTP, I will never recommend it for an event/ party.
My event was on 31/5/25 for 2 of my children, Ayan and Hridan.
Very poor and inexperienced approach from the...
