Hawthorne park also has outside exerciseing outcrops planted throughout the walking trail. With a recently built play ground you could feel safer than ever while in play grounds. Hawthorne cinema is right next door so you could walk or ride through the park and cut out another 5 minutes of traffic. The only main problem is when it rains a lot it foods for a good day or two. Read moreLove this park, is in a nice quiet area and has some ground to go on a bike ride with the little ones, bathrooms are a bit out of the way but at least the coffee shop, barber and panthers field are right next to it so there are no reasons to get bored, Mondays you get some yoga for babies and mums, the only thing missing is more shade on the swings and the slide, and maybe a ice cream truck...
