Parking Warden was Racist & OffensiveThe parking attendant was not only unhelpful but derogatory and extremely offensive. My partner and I, both in our 30’s decided to go and spend a romantic evening up at the lighthouse (30th October 2022). Unfortunately we turned around and left due to the parking attendant being rude and derogatory calling me a POME c*nt and said the car park was full and to ‘turn around and go back to where I came from’. At first I took it as a joke and gave it a giggle but when I realised this wasn’t just your average Australian having some banter and this was a government paid parking attendant being extremely rude and abrupt I soon got upset and my partner was in tears. I am shocked to see this kind of behaviour considering the place is busy with tourists every day.
