The Cape Byron Lighthouse Cafe is a must-visit destination for anyone traveling to the Byron Bay area. The cafe offers spectacular views of the ocean, which can be enjoyed from the spacious and well-designed dining area. The staff at the cafe are some of the friendliest and most accommodating I've encountered, making for a truly great experience.

The service at the cafe is exceptional, with staff going out of their way to ensure customers are comfortable and happy. The waitstaff are attentive and friendly, and their knowledge of the menu is impressive. Whether you have questions about the ingredients in a particular dish or need recommendations on what to order, they are always happy to help.

But what really sets the Cape Byron Lighthouse Cafe apart is the quality of the food. The menu features a wide variety of dishes, from fresh seafood to vegetarian and vegan options, all made with high-quality, locally-sourced ingredients. I particularly enjoyed the seafood platter, which featured an array of fresh and perfectly cooked fish, prawns, and calamari. The coffee is also excellent, and a great way to start the day.

The dining area is another highlight of the Cape Byron Lighthouse Cafe. The views are simply stunning, and the design of the space is modern and inviting. Whether you choose to sit inside or outside, you'll be treated to breathtaking views of the ocean and the surrounding landscape. The atmosphere is relaxed and casual, making it a great spot for a leisurely brunch or a romantic dinner.

Overall, I would highly recommend the Cape Byron Lighthouse Cafe to anyone looking for a great dining experience in the Byron Bay area. With its friendly service, amazing food, and beautiful dining area, it's truly a standout...

Why there is no 0 star🙂 This is the worst Cafe I have ever been to!! A barista lady was extremely rude and impolite!

Here's what happened: My friend had low blood sugar and fainted, so we chose this coffee shop nearby to quickly replenish sugar with some food and Coke. After ordering the food, I asked if I could have a spoon in a very polite tone. The result I got was two very cold words, "For what?" After I explained that we brought our own yogurt, she rudely told me that they paid for the spoons, so I needed to pay for it. Did she think I didn't know that she bought it with money, instead of planting and cutting trees to process spoons by herself? So I'm a fool who needs to be told that you paid for it? Why couldn't she just politely tell me that I needed to pay for it to get it? Moreover, I asked for the spoon after ordering the food, and you know! the price was NOT low!!! That’s why I had to do this comment!! This was really a very, very bad experience! And the lady should be shamed and feel disgusting on herself! Lovely views but so ugly inner heart of the lady 🙂!

To be honest, this is the most impolite service I have encountered in years in Australia!!! She...

Walked up with my water bottle, immediately told to go outside to fill it up which is fine but one of the ladies working, I could not understand what she was saying and she was pointing around the corner (the water fountain was straight ahead). Then I finally realised where she meant and heard the other lady say “open your eyes” and they both laughed….. SORRY but I could’ve found it quicker if your coworker wasn’t babbling while speaking and had just given me clear direction. Got annoyed at me when it was her coworkers fault that I started to go the wrong way. I work in hospitality I know how frustrating it can get especially when a customer can’t find something but I’d never say something rude like that out loud in front of them. So rude! Also I was planning on grabbing something to eat but nevermind! Maybe next time you go to talk poorly about or to a customer keep your...

Highly recommended doing a tour of the Lighthouse if you visit Byron Bay. Hard to get a carpark at the top. You do need cash for parking there. Alternatively I do recommend the scenic walk. If you park at one of the local beach spots at the bottom. There is a pathway. Take around 40 minutes with a few stops along the way. Once at the top. They do have a cafe there with reasonable price food. To book a tour of the Lighthouse you need to get a ticket. You can get this from the lighthouse. Gold coin donation. Tour is 20 minutes. So worth it. We walked down via the road. Its a lot quicker taking u a around 20 minutes. I highly recommend this trip.

Pathetic staff. I simply asked for some 50 ml of hot water from the coffee machine to make baby food. They denied it like I asked for free food. I was even happy to pay for it for any extra charge. Very arrogant staff and lowest level of customer experience. You should not work at a cafe that runs due to the tourists if you have so much arrogance. The cafe wasn't busy at all, I was the only customer at the counter and the staff were busy playing in their phones. Denying a customer at a restaurant is nothing but a downfall of any business. I wish them a good luck with this attitude.

Nice little cafe with a good cuppa. We had a ham cheese tomato croissant that was quite good and a carrot cake that was pretty tasty. Now what makes this place special is quite obviously the view. One of the most iconic views in Australia. Beautiful. You have to be quite lucky to get parking g but it is available. Very nice that they have the tables outside to enjoy the view. Nice touch.
