This is the first beach we went to since we came here in AU. We arrived at 5am, sunrise was not visible in the viewing deck which was a bummer but the over all view was relaxing and made me appreciate nature. The tides where high around this hour but by 10am the shoreline became wider making more room space for the sun bathers. The water was lovely, clear and calming. If you want to secure a parking space better arrive around 5am, as it gets crowded pretty quickly. It was a 2 hour drive from Wynnum area, which we would gladly make again in the future. We love the place and social media doesn't do justice...

Went back in November 2021, walked to the Pass, then to the Belongil via Clarkes Beach and return to Seaview st. Life's too short...
