Presotea — Attraction in Cannington

One of the worst Presotea branch I’ve been to. Poor customer service by the 2 girls working on Thursday night. When I was ordering my drink, I asked questions to assist my decision of what topping went well with what drink. Before I could go further, she immediately pushed the eftpos buttons. When asked if I could pay cash, there was an eye roll. Due to the rush, I completely forgot to scan the reward code. I am aware that it was my fault getting all flustered and so I went back to ask if there was any possibility of doing something. This time, the other girl served me after 1.5 minutes, there was no acknowledgement of the wait. When I mentioned about the reward code, the blame was immediately put onto the customer. “YOU needed to do it before you pay.” We been to so many other Presoteas and this is the only one who doesn’t prompt you as you go. THE WORST SERVICE with Presotea - I drink Presotea at least 5 days per week or everyday. i bought from many shops but this shop service was the worst. I bought in this shop a lot of times and the milk tea was always much sweeter than other shops with the same sugar level. it makes me confused. The bad experience makes me write this review was: I bought one milk tea with 25% sugar and it was too sweet like 100%. I asked them to add ice, they said: "we are too busy so we will cut the seal, add ice for you and we will not reseal for you" WHAT???? you are busy? no way, let come to city to see how Presotea staffs do, they are much more customers than you 3-4 times but they always put the service on the top. How many SECONDS do you need to seal? just put in machine and press the button, it wont take you over 3 Seconds. how do you think if I bring an unseal with full milk tea and ice and go for shopping or simply walk in Carousel mall? I went here this morning to buy my usual bubble tea drink .No acknowledgement or smile from any of the staff today as I stood there for more than 5 mins while I wait for any of them to come to the counter and serve. Finally, this middle aged staff with glasses came and was handling an order to another customer waiting. She stood at the till so I thought she was ready to serve me. As I was about to ask a question, she put her hand up for me to stop then proceed to speak to the same customer. She was lucky I was with my son and did not want to upset him by saying something to that VERY RUDE lady. We left and opted to buy the drink somewhere else.

I would suggest further training on customer service. A simple smile and “ Sorry about the wait or I will be with you soon” would...
