Turf is sensational. Amenities on the other hand disgusting. Had a 5/6 kids game there this morning and couldn't take the kids or go myself. It stank of weeks old mess. Floor was covered in urine so too the seats. No toilet paper. I love Lilac Hill for many reasons. Fond memories of great Cricket matches reside here still. The place has atmosphere worthy of a great Cricket stadium.
