I absolutely dread going there! Absolutely chaotic, crazy, crammed, crowded and pretentious!!.. For all of you out there who need to get simple errands done, like going to the post office, buying groceries, or going to Bunnings... this monstrosity of an "elite" quasi-shopping center, part essential shopping, part window-leisurely shopping is just NOT the place. I suppose the idea is to be the "Beverly Hills" of WA.... well, that simply doesn't work.... there is no hardware store, or a tailoring/alterations store! there might exist a food gourmet store, perhaps! ... this is mostly a pretentious place!! Parking is a problem, crowd is a problem and of course service! the worst customer service ever! I can never find parking, and when I do I have to drag my full cart all the way to my car, going through difficult warped uneven alleys. It is just a very very unpleasant experience. I live in Claremont and it was very convenient to run all my errands here, BUT I have decided to take all my business elsewhere! I would rather drive much further away to...
Read moreI was extremely disappointed with the discrimination I faced at Professionails in Claremont Quarter on 21st Aug. I am a 72 asian grandmother. Perhaps I looked too haggard and was not to the standard as other patrons in the parlour at the time. Or my spoken english (2nd and limited) did not please the young person who serve me. The shameful and humiliation I faced at this store is AGE DISCRIMINATION. Halfway through my nails being done the young man ask me to settle the account in full without finish the job. I was well dress and well manner and to single me out when others in the store did not need to do this is a shameful and discriminatory act. I will wish the young people there a long life so that they themselves can experience this type of humiliation when they are of my age. For the rest of my existence I will tell everyone of your cruelness...
Read moreSadly the shopping centre has very poor wifi and I’m sure all the stores pay for this service for their customers in their rents .The process of trying to login to the centre wifi asks for so much detail that it’s exhausting and then you get a message telling you you can’t login. It’s not just me I have a number of friends that have the same problem but the center does manage to keep your details and starts sending advertising emails. Also the car park gates are always faulty so allow plenty of time when you want to leave. It seems like this happens weekly. Then if you’re lucky enough to be there on the right day you can just sit yourself down in a coffee shop order and they practice their fire alarm so you have to evacuate and stand out in the cold for 15 mins before your allowed back in. This happens at about 9.15am so don’t be...
