This is a conveyor belt style restaurant, with a lot of nice options. It is a little pricey, but I think all of the specialty rolls make it worthwhile. The had a good variety of Maki rolls, as well as Nigiri style sushi, and we even found a softshell crab roll which was great. You can also order a la carte if you don't see what you are looking for. We tried the gyozo and they were yum.The staff were really friendly, and explained the process of ordering and such. It is a fun eating experience.

The food didn’t look really fresh. The menus weren’t updated with high prices. We were trying to have one order when the supervisor/ waitress came to us and said the kitchen was already closed. No one came before to our table to inform us or to ask for last orders, it should be a good and nice service in that way. We really love Super Tesoro in Karrinyup but this one is closer to our home. Definitely not coming again. Bad service, bad food P.s. gyozas were nice.

Been here a few times and really enjoy it, the sushi is really good but there is also a wide range of menu items to choose from if the sushi train is not your thing. The meals have always been good and the service is super quick. There might be a wait for seating at peak times as it is quite popular and the restaurant doesn't have the biggest seating area. If you're in the area it's well worth a visit if you like Japanese cuisine.

The worst japanese I have ever eaten. The online menu stated that the agedashi tofu was gluten free. Upon arrival saw that the physical menu does not state gluten free. After trying to communicate with the mumbling waitress was informed it indeed is not.

We both Ordered the salmon teriyaki don. It came with a pile of salad on top which i removed onto a napkin, the manager rushed over to the table breathing all over my food saying if you don’t want the salad you can ask for it without. However the menu did not show salad on the photo or state it.

The salmon teriyaki don was tastless slime, it resembled pal dog food at its best. Cannot believe i paid $14.8 for this disgrace.

Reply to the owners response: are you aware of the definition of irratic and aggressive? You are a complete liar and how dare you insult and lie about a customer because of your disgusting food, your misleading online menu, your staff member who is a liar, your lack of customer service and cleanliness. The staff member handed us the gluten free menu and agedashi tofu was not listed on there. I asked her to check with the chef and she said it is not gluten free. She said she would report the incorrect information on the websites menu to the manager. Had I known you would go so low to try and blame this on a customer i would have taken photos of everything to post. To anyone reading this if you go there check the agedashi tofu listed on the menu at the table, it clearly says vegetarian and not gluten free. Also note that we were there for 40mins and witnessed piles upon piles of salmon lying out on the make bench in the kitchen the entire time. We both left with stomach aches from the little we attempted to eat.

The only liar in this unfortunate event is the owner and staff at Super Tetsudo Claremont. You do not deserve to be a small business owner. There are genuine small business owners that provide an honest good service, with clean premises and good food safety practices. As you will note i am not the only customer complaining of...

We made a booking online for two people for 8pm it was the only time available. we arrived 5 minutes before our booking time and ordered straight away, the food took 10 minutes to arrive. At 8:10pm we were told that the kitchen was closing which wasn’t a problem as we had ordered enough food. shortly afterwards the waitress came to the table and told us they were closing in 5 minutes, we were only halfway through finishing our food, she then took away the wasabi and soy sauce which we were still using. Another waitress then came two minutes after and told us they were closing again. we still had food on our plates. We had to eat our whole meal within 15 minutes from arrival, we felt rushed and the staff were not at all welcoming in this regard. We payed for our meal at 830pm despite google saying they were open till 9pm. I regularly order food from here as the food is always excellent but I will not be bringing my business back here because eating dinner and being rushed by staff was not enjoyable.

🍣 🍱 Thank you for your reply, The staff members very clearly told us you were closing in 5 minutes. Nobody seemed particularly welcoming. I strongly recommend that you change your opening times on google maps/ online. the Claremont store clearly specifies that you are open til 9pm When I google you! Coming up with the same constant excuses is unprofessional on your behalf. This reflects with the multiple low star reviews you are receiving! I am not the first person to acknowledge your frequent early closing times. I strongly recommend rectifying this for future...

Sushi was expensive and tasted meh. Ordered a miso soup and the tofu was grey, the waitress agreed that it was not normal; but after checking with the management, told us that the tofu changed colour due to the seaweed in the soup. Terrible experience, would not visit again. Reading the aggressive replies to their bad reviews is even more of a turnoff, they are clearly unwilling to accept criticism and will likely continue with their mediocrity.

Edit: As expected, owner has denied my 'accusations'. I visited the store a while back but only decided to post a review now seeing that others have experienced similar problems. I have nothing to gain from posting this, and the information was truly what I went through at this outlet. Feel free to continue denying bad reviews and...
