Lady named Amy with glasses who is the barrister has awful attitude and shouldn’t be allowed to serve at the front where client interaction is involved. She belongs to the kitchen as her attitude and client service is blunt , rude and no manners. I ordered a drink from her today and asked for a fork due to forgetting mine . And she gave the biggest attitude and rudely asked so you just want a fork. Then handed it to the table even though my hand was there to take it.
Apologies? For asking for a wooden fork?? Didn’t think a wooden fork costed you that much for you to be rude , and treat people with no respect. Cannot believe I still held my mannerism and was polite to say thank you , and if that’s okay if I could have a ‘ wooden’ fork. A polite ‘ sorry we can’t give out etc ‘ would’ve been appreciated and logical answer to give .

Said I don't like freshly squeezed as it comes out warm. Told it would come with ice. "No thanks, don't like ice" says I, do you have apple juice? Yes they did, great! Paid and thought it was the most expensive apple juice I'd ever bought, friend says"Claremont"!!! 10 minutes later was brought a freshly squeezed juice with ice in a cardboard cup (despite being seated for lunch). Friend intervenes, service person says there was a miscommunication, no offer to amend, says they don't have bottled apple juice. Drank half of the beverage because I was thirsty, have never tasted an apple like it. Probably some stuff added (?ginger), truly awful. After being declined one the first time, I explained I had to shop and didn’t want my hands dirty on the clothing items. She questioned me, pulled a face and said she’d hold onto my item and I can come collect it once I was finished shopping so she didn’t waste a bag. Even after me politely explaining why I wanted one and that I was in a huge rush with a baby, she continued to challenge me and infront of other customers saying it was a huge waste. After about 3 times going back and forth, I realised the bag was a paper brown bag anyway. Moral of the story- it’s not her place to be declining this service and questioning her customers.
