UniLodge @ UC - Cooper Lodge — Attraction in District of Belconnen

This place is so bad at resolving the problem faced by residents, they basically just ignored it. The layout of the double deluxe room is also strange, connecting a back door to the next room. Sadly, I got a very noisy neighbor. I reported to the residence manager, and they just ignored us and didn't resolve the problem at all. The noisy next room should be kicked out. I need to face the neighbor and its noisy friends every day. Why the management team didn't do anything? And just keep posting things on Facebook? We got a serious problem that needs you to resolve BRO!...

Location is good, but that's about where it stops. Having bars and cafes downstairs means it can be very noisy. The rooms are far from clean on arrival and there are only two vacuum cleaners available for loan in the whole building. There is no air conditioning so it can get terribly hot in the rooms and the electrical appliances (tv, lamp etc) are not well maintained (neither worked). So when you consider all that, at around $300 a week, it's very poor value. Lift...

My experience in Cooper Lodge is amazing. The team are well-organised, respectful and professional. For me, it is the best Student Lodge in Canberra. I strongly recommend for prospective students or those who are currently studying. Be rest assured you will get value...
