Great little local restaurant in Bruce that offers a good range of typical Chinese food at a really good price point.

They even have deals every day of the week which is a nice little incentive and the feel is very casual and simple but tasteful in the layout and decorations (although for the price I wouldn't mind even if there was less in terms of layout).

We ordered the honey chicken ($15 special that night), beef tendon hotpot and eggplant hotpot. The food was all pretty tasty and good. Only slight improvement would be removing the skin off the eggplant as it was a little tough but like I said for the price, really happy with the week day...

I ordered Chill basal chicken and eggplant, it comes with complementary rice. They have increased price stating 2024, which is understandable as everything is becoming expensive. However with the price increase they decreased the quantity?? Like what? You increase the price and don’t even serve the amount that you used to serve before the price hike? And don’t get me started on the curry. Name of it clearly says Chicken and eggplant but the only thing I got was eggplant with 2-3 thin slices of chicken. Only chicken in the whole dish is the one on my spoon. And mind it I have not eaten...

We had a conference here and came here for lunch. We grabbed some snacks and coffee, and had a more substantial meal another time. Not too bad overall. My only critique is about the quality of beef used in the pho. In my opinion, it wasn’t the best – it was quite greasy, and I couldn’t eat much of it. I personally wouldn’t recommend that particular dish. Some of their other options, including the buffet, looked really good and might be worth trying.
