I ordered one Matcha Cheesecake and one Pearl Milk Tea. I’ve tried Matcha Cheesecake from many places and I know what the standard recipe should taste like, including how it changes with 50% sugar. Strangely, although I specifically asked for 50% sugar, the Matcha Cheesecake tasted like it had normal sugar. Meanwhile, the Pearl Milk Tea tasted more like 50% sugar. At the time, the store wasn’t busy, so the chance of the drinks being mixed up is quite low.
