I visited the store today, the two guys who were working there were very polite and friendly. I like them. The female cashier with short hair and glasses, on the other hand, was very rude. I asked her if the surcharge system has changed since the pandemic started. She was extremely offended by that. I am not even sure why she felt the need to be offended by this question. Two years ago, my friends and I were always imposed surcharges for using a debit card regardless of the amount we spent at the store to discourage us from using card payment. Card payment right now is the safer way especially when the delta variant is so contagious so you'd wanna reduce contact as much as possible. Maybe she misunderstood my meaning. Instead of getting angry at me, wouldn't it be less awkward to ask me some questions to figure out if I was intentionally trying to agitate her? She was so angry, so I just said "oh ok" and then let her be. No point talking to her when she was so annoyed at me. I would actually give a lower rating but the two guys were so nice! Oh I also checked the other store called "all in one supermart" in the city along Alinga street near the chemist and the prices for some products in Deji are $1 more expensive than the other store. Also, she DID NOT provide me with a receipt. I hope she didn't accidentally charge me double because she was so disorganised as she was scanning the items. She asked me if she has already scanned X item, then proceeded to scan it.
NOTE: I was reading through the reviews and found out that another customer encountered her (the rude lady with glasses) too. So, it seems like this lady has always been rude even since more than a year ago. The reply to that comment was, "we haven't spoken to the cashier to resolve the issue. Well obviously her attitude hasn't changed. Is she the boss or what??? Why is she still working as a cashier despite her rude attitude. Are you not afraid that she is going to bring a bad reputation to your company? Apparently this customer got charged extra and was scolded by her when the customer brought up the issue. He/she posted the review but it got deleted. Wow, how dishonest this store is!! You better not delete my review because I have already screenshot my review. If you want good reviews, provide good customer service then you will naturally get good reviews. There's no need for dishonest, low tactics like deleting reviews to boost your store rating. I will update the rating to a better one if this store improves when I visit...

I recently shopped at this supermarket and purchased a large quantity of products. However, during checkout, I was repeatedly rushed by the cashier, who insisted that other customers were waiting behind me.
The cashier was a Chinese woman, approximately 165cm tall.
I believe it is the cashierās responsibility to explain product details and offer patient service, especially when a customer is making a significant purchase. If there are too many customers, it is the storeās duty to improve the checkout area or increase staff, not to blame or pressure individual customers.
No customer deserves to be treated with such a rude attitude.
In China, supermarkets are usually even more crowded and hectic ā yet I have never been treated this way. Would a foreigner visiting China expect to be treated like this? I honestly wonder if this cashier would behave the same way toward an elderly white Australian woman.
I welcome the store owner or this cashier to confront me directly about what happened that day. I have attached a photo of my receipt, and Iāve also kept receipts from my previous visits to this store.

When I went to purchase an item, I was told by the cashier that the price on display was not correct. They told me that it was 50c more expensive than what was on the display. They proceeded to change the price with a marker.
I questioned the pricing and the cashier immediately snatched the item from my hand, said they wouldnāt sell it to me and was extremely rude.
I donāt mind paying an extra 50c, but was not even provided a reason for the incorrect pricing.
The situation was handled very poorly and I will not be returning...
