I was an annoying customer, but the staff were very accommodating and provided excellent service regardless. I wanted to try before I bought, because I am very fussy when it comes to my drink as I normally have the same one in every store.
I love my bubble tea and with over 10 different stores in Victoria Park alone, the stores need to really perform well in customer service as well as provide a great drink.
Being a simple drinker, who'd normally only go for Peal Milk Team (with sago), Chaffic needed to make this well. Having had poorly made sago in other stores, I made sure I liked their sago before ordering the drink. It tasted okay, not too sweet, not too chewy, but when put in the tea, it was a great combination. The only downside compared to other stores is that their milk tea is a bit strong flavoured (you can really taste the milk), so it felt quite heavy when finishing the drink. I tend to feel full after drinking this tea combination.

I went up to the counter to check on the order at 7:40 the staff member proceeded to show no concern and said it was coming. At 7:50pm we had now missed the start of our movie we paid for and I went to check again, the staff member again did not apologise and then asked what my order is which turns out hadn’t even been started which means she lied the first time. We then got our drinks at 8pm with no apology and horrible...

I've ate tofu dessert my whole like and heating it up does not make it turn into liquid. What is going on? Is this tofu or just some substitute that changes form in warm option?
This is unacceptable. Do not even try to order guys.
Ps. Solved the liquified mystery, this company has been using gelatin with the soya bean water to make the pudding. That's why when heated it melt the pudding. With similar reviews I've read, I'm sorry chaffic you have lower your quality of food. I must say it's not...
