Bought tofu dessert suppose to be brown sugar tofu but its disgusting after heating up for a minute in the microwave tofu disintegrated into a weird liquid. I've ate tofu dessert my whole like and heating it up does not make it turn into liquid. What is going on? Is this tofu or just some substitute that changes form in warm option? This is unacceptable. Do not even try to order guys. Ps. Solved the liquified mystery, this company has been using gelatin with the soya bean water to make the pudding. That's why when heated it melt the pudding. With similar reviews I've read, I'm sorry chaffic you have lower your quality of food. I must say it's not very ethical.

this has to be my new favourite bubble tea place, I haven't seen any other place offer mochi and tofu as a topping! mochi is beautiful soft and gooey, and tofu is great too! both are just amazing, my boyfriend loves it too and he's very picky with bubble tea! update: after 2 years this place is still my boyfriend's fave bubble tea place and one of my faves too! tried their new butterscotch limited flavour, amazing would recommend! very strong in caffeine as well if you like that, I was up all night!! update: total of 3 years later it's still my fave ā¤ļøtried the new shaved ice strawberry flavour, the shaved ice is creamy and fluffy! not too bad for a bbt place.

a bit disappointed for this mango purple rice. its $11, not cheap, but just a bit purple rice. also, not really yummy. (smell seem to be a bit weird) the wooden spoon is a bit too small. if it can be bigger, it will be better. packing is terrible, he put the plastic wrap under the container, then wrap it. So when i open the wrap, its a bit dirty and messy. about the mango, i am a bit confused if they are using fresh mango or just can of mango. some of them taste like the fresh mango. but some of them taste like can of mango. Other than that, the staffs are nice, polite,

I was an annoying customer, but the staff were very accommodating and provided excellent service regardless. I wanted to try before I bought, because I am very fussy when it comes to my drink as I normally have the same one in every store.

I love my bubble tea and with over 10 different stores in Victoria Park alone, the stores need to really perform well in customer service as well as provide a great drink.

Being a simple drinker, who'd normally only go for Peal Milk Team (with sago), Chaffic needed to make this well. Having had poorly made sago in other stores, I made sure I liked their sago before ordering the drink. It tasted okay, not too sweet, not too chewy, but when put in the tea, it was a great combination. The only downside compared to other stores is that their milk tea is a bit strong flavoured (you can really taste the milk), so it felt quite heavy when finishing the drink. I tend to feel full after drinking this tea combination.

A great new bubble tea store addition in the already flooding marking of bubble tea stores in Victoria Park.

What I would like to see if for some promotion for their drinks because I do find their prices to be a bit higher than others, but their quality is great. Store layout is also...

Would rate 0 stars for our experience. We went to Chaffic Vic Park after dinner to get a drink before our movie started at 7:45pm. We arrived at the store at 7:15pm with plenty of time before our movie. However after we ordered our 2 drinks we then went on to wait for over 45 minutes. I went up to the counter to check on the order at 7:40 the staff member proceeded to show no concern and said it was coming. At 7:50pm we had now missed the start of our movie we paid for and I went to check again, the staff member again did not apologise and then asked what my order is which turns out hadn’t even been started which means she lied the first time. We then got our drinks at 8pm with no apology and horrible...
