I would give a zero star if there is.

Restaurant: Ten ten kitchen in Vic Park

We ordered $60 ++ meal but returned EVERYTHING . 0/0

1 x CKT 1 x Crispy Chicken rice 1 x squid tentacles 2x teh tarik

The CKT looks good but we did not eat it.

The squid was hard and tasteless.

The drink is extreme sweet. Not even tarik. Seems like hot water and sweeten milk and tea.

The crispy chicken rice looks horrible. Photo on menu looks roasted chicken but the dish came out to be batter chicken breast. It’s called Crispy chicken rice but look at the photo (menu photo and actual dish served attached here) and justify yourself; those who is reading this post.

We try to request a change and the waiters were extremely rude- raising their voice at us. All 2 of them shouting at my partner. 1 waiter ran aside to avoid the conflict. They claim that they have been selling these food for 20 years. (I doubt so) I have meal here during uni day and chickens rice was never this awful.

Adding to this drama, one of them who were yelling at my partner used a foreign language (Indonesian/ Malay) made a scene by talking across the floor and telling a gentleman sitting in the next table that we were unreasonable. The gentleman try to tell her to be polite to customers and she raised her voice even louder claiming “have been selling these all the time for years”. Lucky I could remember those words when I learnt during high school. So I showed the menu against the dish to the gentleman and ask- do they look alike or similar? The gentleman has to shake his head too.

I was then targeted and yelled at across the floor from the cashier counter. I was sat near the window (2nd table from the door left side). My partner saw me near in tears, paid and walked.

Look at the receipt, $60 date and time of patronage.

We DIDNT EAT the meal. Everything was returned but still paid for the $60++

If you are after real good meal- I would recommend...

Started of with between 4 to 5 stars. Have not been here for sometime so decided to go back. All was good and thought this could be one of our regulars as I enjoyed the food for the most part. Went a complete 180 when I wanted to get a take away container to take away remainder food so thought I may as well pay at the same time. When I saw the table the waitress had already threw the food into the clearing bucket. I was shocked so went back to the cashier to give back the container. I got refunded 50cents . I mention to the staff that I was shocked to which they told me the lady was new. No issue there I understand that but customer was having an issue and felt blame was kind of been putting onto me and even my bag was still at the table stating we are not yet leaving. As a customer I do not wish to keep an eye on staff but just to enjoy my night else I may as well cook myself at home.. I made it clear that I was not happy with the situation but kept my cool as always. Being that no attempt to resolve the matter in a fair way or anything to show their sincerity. I have decided this will be removed from my regulars list and cannot come back due to how I felt as a customer. Thanks for the nice meal tonight but hope you learn from this event and better handle a similar situation in future to not spoil another persons night. Your actions dictate a lasting impression on customers believe me. Don’t bother to reach out to me as I rather forget about the incident and not look back. Haiya!...
