So, a few days ago I rang to see if this store had Choc Chip flavour - turns out they do but the amazing person I spoke to told me they had removed the sugar from it so to just be aware of that which I thought was fantastic because most employees wouldn’t let you know. Anyway, tonight I was celebrating a promotion & wanted to order via Uber Eats - they didn’t have Choc Chip so again I rang the store & spoke the same amazing girl I did the other day who informed me that they had the Choc chip & it was back to the original flavour! She said if I just put in the notes that I wanted Choc chip she would change it for me. Then I proceeded to tell her I wanted a s**tload of flake as well because I like to mix it in - she said she was more than happy to do that for me even after I requested it be put in a seperate tub! My order arrived really quickly, I got 3 tubs of flake & a lovely note attached to my ice cream!!!!!! I absolutely love you this store & tomorrow will find out the girls name because she is an absolute legend!!!! Definitely recommend this store!!!!!! What an amazing thing she did even though it was small it meant a lot after a terrible week!!!!! The mama her should give her a pay rise or award or bonus because she was just fabulous to...

I wanted to use my entertainment book to grab the cones, but the older Indian lady (must be the owner) comes out of nowhere and rudely interrupts us and told me I can’t use entertainment book voucher because I got a different cone. I’ve been using entertainment book and coming to baskin robins for years. Never had an issue until today. Funny because my wife was just here at this exact same store with her family 2 weeks ago, and used the voucher just fine with exactly what I ordered.
I tried to talk to the rude lady and got cut off straight away, and she would not let me talk. The poor young lady even got a lecture from the Indian lady after she tried to help me. Unbelievably poor service.

The owner rung in the purchase without including the special - we wanted to take advantage of the $3 per scoop offer. When I reminded her of the offer, the owner refused to refund the portion discounted, said that since they were double scoops, we weren’t entitled to ANY discount (not even for 1 of our double scoops). Nothing in the sign said that only single scoop purchases would be discounted. This makes me suspicious of her claim about the app as well.
