Chatime (Harbour Town) — Attraction in Gold Coast City

I had a bad experience at Harbor Town Chatime. My friend and I ordered regular sized drinks, but the staff entered them as large by mistake. The refund process was unprofessional, and their attitude was disappointing.

Despite our patience, the staff warned me to check my order next time with a condescending tone. When she warned us the first time, I just walked away and waited for my drink because I didn't know what she expected my answer to be. When the drink was ready, she just left it at the counter without notifying us. When we picked up the drink, she emphasized again, "Please remember to check your order next time," still with that condescending tone.

It's not our fault, but the staff's responsibility to get the order right. We weren't asking for a free drink, just accurate service. If you're okay with such attitudes, you can try Harbor Town Chatime. However, my friend and I won't be going back after this...

The customer service was appalling. I ordered pomegranate tea and the woman at the counter asked me whether I would like to have it with green tea or black tea, which she didn't even wait for me to answer. She just gave me green tea. It would have taken just a few seconds to hear my reply and there wasn't anyone waiting to order either.

Plus the pomegranate tea didn't really taste anything like pomegranate... I mean if you're not going to put pomegranate into the tea, why bother putting it on the menu?

I tried the assam milk tea with pearls and jelly, it was delicious! One of the best milk teas I've had recently! Overall, I like that Cha time is customisable. I prefer my milk teas with regular ice and 1/2 sugar.
