Politix - Pacific Fair — Attraction in Gold Coast City

Part of the experience of buying expensive Men's wear is the Service and Product Presentation. For example, when I purchase from their competitor, Rodd & Gunn their clothes come beautifully wrapped in tissue paper and in their logo cardboard bag. For Christmas I purchased online 2 shirts & 1 X T shirt from "Politix". These are gifts. I've bought in store before and expect the presentation of their Expensive products to be beautifully packaged like Rodd & Gunn, which I did experience in store at Politix. So, I expected shirts bought online to be similarly presented in black paper with Politix logo sticker in a Politics bag. After all, I'm paying a premium, so you expect excellent presentation; otherwise since Politix is saving money, pass it on and be clear "on-line" is a sub-standard service. OH NO! Not at all! The Tshirt arrived from Shop 94, Pacific Fair, Broadbeach. It arrived crumpled, thrown into a Startrack plastic bag. No wrapping and they couldn't be bothered to insert the receipt into the purpose designed card. It felt like a Cheap Chinese outlet delivery. I just hope that if they are the wrong sizes that I don't experience problems getting them exchanged or refunded. I won't be buying any more gifts online...

Went in this morning about 11am and had a horrible beginning of our experience. We were shopping for a wedding suit for my fiance and his groomsmen. We got a nice greeting in but then when asked about our wedding and our colour scheme we were given some very judgy comments about our choice such as “everyone is doing that, I think it’s horrible and you’re wedding will be outdated but I guess if you insist this is what we have” in a very rude tone. I was shocked and told the man he was quite rude. While he then did help us find what we wanted and was helpful with sizing i continued to feel him being pushy and trying to change our wedding theme/vibe. Not just suggesting but pushing for other colours of shirt and shoes and all after I was very specific on what I wanted. It was a very uncomfortable experience for myself and left me upset and then told me “if you want it easier, just elope”. Wedding planning and opinions can be very stressful and overwhelming and that guys needs to have a serious think about when and where...

Walked in wanting to buy a nice suit, had a couple options in mind but every time I wanted to try a different colour undershirt the bloke would always refuse to go get it. I asked for other colours and he proceeded to always bring out what HE recons I should wear which is totally fine I’m happy for suggestions but it got to the point where I didn’t have a say in what I wanted to wear. I also wanted to try on a navy blue suit (which my brother bought) and he goes “ you can’t wear the same colour it looks like you’re going to a wedding”. Would definitely NOT recommend going here unless you want something...
