Coles Pacific Fair — Local services in Gold Coast City

I went there last Tuesday for the 7am to 8am golden hour for all medical staff who have been struggling to get some items. I had provided my information that I was in that area too, yes I didn't look my best and was exhausted from my long weeks with simple foods but yet could not get the items I needed..i.e my favorite cuts of meat and pasta. Anyway the security guard had already let me in and as I was about to start my shopping, one of the employees looked at me then walked to the security to ask why he let me in, the security guard said that I had my information and was part of the medical profession. I was shocked to have over heard this and feel I was profiled, never will I ever go to this site and hence why I have only given it a 1 star. And if I could I would give that whole place a -1 Just because of that one employee who seems to profile people. I am deeply dissapointed with Coles at Pacific Fair, 3 days ago I placed an order for Christmas, prawns platers and Mediterranean Plater. The girl on the phone told me that I could pick it up on the 24th at 12 noon. I rang today to find out how much the order cost, when I rang the Deli the girl told me that there was no order in the system as they werent allowed to take orders It would have been nice to ring me and tell me What am i going to do now? I'm so disappointed with the staff handling problems. I bought a bottle of Dare espresso which was expired a day earlier. I didn't realise it until I got home and saw it. I've shown pictures of the coffee and the invoice to the staff but she kept on looking at the number of the date which was not really clear written and said she can't do anything about it. She didn't seem like want to solve it anyway with no effort at all. I took it before to coles surfers paradise and they did some efforts to check on the computer by putting the ID number of the invoice but couldn't help coz it's a different branch of Coles.
