Lovely peaceful park at Gosford NSW. There is plenty of parking. Plenty of undercover tables to enjoy a meal. Also plenty of grassy area to spread out a blanket & relax. The views across the water are stunning. The swimming pool is right next door. The public amenities leaves a lot to be desired as two Uni Sex toilets is not enough to cater for the large number of families that visit this park, especially over the weekends & public holidays. That is the only downside to this lovely park.

Lions park is a great place for a picnic, a date with your special someone and even great for a BBQ with the kids. With it's nice walk along the water and eat street just a three minute walk, it makes for a great little park. Also the sunsets in the afternoon are amazing, I really recommend going at 5:30 in the afternoon at winter for a nice orange to purple sunset. Restrooms are also available.

Good sized park located on the Gosford waterfront, right next to Gosford sailing club. Includes a children’s playground and several covered picnic tables, plus a large grassy area to play on. There are takeaway food options a short walk away back towards Gosford.

A small park for children and families with toys you can enjoy for a half day. There are also water access places. Even if you get out from your bed late in a Sunday morning, you can pick your family with a hour drive from the North area of Sydney. All pictures I uploaded came from 20 years ago when our daughter was 2 years old (9th MAY, 1998). The self-rotating toy has been removed according to the Google...
